The rules of the road

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PR Chaser, made by Always Blue Software ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use PR Chaser.

Your data

You own the activity, workout, and training data you create in PR Chaser. We don't claim ownership of it. You can export or delete it at any time — deleting your account permanently removes it (see our Privacy Policy).

Health & fitness disclaimer

PR Chaser is a training log and planning tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Race-time predictions, training-plan guidance, and any AI-assisted coaching features are estimates based on your logged data, not professional advice. Consult a physician before beginning a new exercise program, especially if you have an existing health condition. Use PR Chaser at your own risk.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could harm, disable, or impair the service;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or data;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service without our written permission;
• Use an API key issued to you in a way that violates its intended scope.

Third-party integrations

If you connect Apple Health, Health Connect, or other third-party services, your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for their availability or accuracy.

Termination

You may stop using PR Chaser and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

PR Chaser is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data (like GPS routes or heart-rate readings) will be perfectly accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Always Blue Software is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PR Chaser, including any injury sustained while training.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
